The product is fine...this is the first zipline that I have installed, so I have nothing to compare it to. The process is pretty straight forward, with simple directions. Definitely a two-person job. This product is exactly as described, with no surprises. What isn't described is their customer service.
The way this product is configured is that there is a 5 foot sling that goes around the launch tree, and the cable wraps around the landing tree. I thought i could put the sling around the landing tree, and that may be possible, but the directions said otherwise. My launch tree was larger, so I contacted the company and FREE OF CHARGE they custom made me a 9 foot sling and shipped it to me within two weeks (from China) so that I could get the zipline up and running for my son's birthday party. Chinese made products and support are often derided, however, if I ever need another zipline, this will be the first company that I attempt to find my product from. And if they don't have it, I will email them and ask. Good product, fantastic customer support!!!

We LOVE this zip line! We were looking for something to draw our screen magnet youngest child outside with increased frequency. This fits the bill!! Installation was definitely a two person job, just as we expected. It took us a part of a morning to put it up. Tightening it was a little tricky and required some trial and error on our part, but I'd call that operator error related to inexperience, not a flaw in the kit. We have installed a secondary brake just to add a back-up for safety. It's only been up for about five days but I bet we've made 500 trips down the line already. We have six children with an eighteen year age spread between them. All six have enjoyed multiple trips down the line along with their friends. The youngest can't wait to get outside when he wakes up in the morning. We wish we would have had this is the yard ten years ago. Making memories....NO SCREENS REQUIRED!

I purchased this as an Xmas gift for my kids last december and realized that if I gave it to them they would bug me to install it ASAP. I live in WI so winter is not the best time to install. I held off on gifting it to them until early spring. I realized that my tree points were a tad longer than the 95 foot kit I had purchased. I contacted them and Jhon contacted me the next day and gladly helped me out and we corresponded back and forth until we were able to determine the length of cable I needed. This was months after my purchase and return date had expired! They even upgraded my braking system since I had purchased the zip line before they included it! A++ on service. I'm patiently waiting the new cable and I will update once it's installed and a few runs have been made.

Took me about 2.5 hours to set up, but I had to trim trees, etc. Straight forward design and set-up. It would be tough to install without someone(s) helping you get the slack out of the line, but that is to be expected. Trying to figure out how I can install a second one. Our house is the envy of the neighborhood. The first day, our kids (plus half the neighborhood) road it for about 5 hours straight, even in the rain. My kids run out and ride it in their PJ's first thing in the morning. You can make it as "exciting" or "ordinary" as you want based on height form the ground, angle, etc.

Let me start by saying I bought this for me and my adult friends. That said my kids all love it! The weight limit says 250lbs on Amazon and that's what the product says upon receipt. I had to return other zipline kits because of conflicting weight limits.
This is a solid setup - well built, easy to install, and importantly safe with the included brake kit.
In addition, customer service was great in terms of customization of the product. My cable was 15 to 20 ft shorter than I needed between 2 trees. They shipped me a longer cable to meet my needs.

Everything you need is in the box. Fairly easy to set up... took about an hour. I bought the 95 ft kit and found a couple trees that were on a slight slope 87 ft apart. I had to reverse the recommended set up because my start-point is a large diameter tree that required the main line to go around the circumference and secured with three u-clamps that are in the kit. The instructions recommend assistance butI used a couple ladders to suspend the line rather than people to use brooms as suggested. This made final tightening easier but i would recommend two adults to install this. I feel very safe when my kids use it as I was able to follow a gradual slope in my yard that was 4 ft lower than the start point; which is 10ft. Don’t worry because the seat bade is about four feet below the line and the launch platform I built is about 6 ft off the ground. But if I didn't have a 4 ft sloped yard, the start point would be 4 ft taller and I know my wife wouldn’t accept an 8 ft high launch with hands on the grips 14 ft in the air.
